PC / Windows 10 -

C:\ is operating system

D:\ (partition) is my file system

Attempting to set File Explorer default so it always shows D:\ files;

Presently, Windows offers only "Quick Access" or whatever it's called or "My PC" default settings (typical limited MS thinking) and there seems to be no option to designate a different default -- such as a drive partition as is my case.

How to get there?

Thank you -- help appreciated.

You can also edit whatever link you're using to start File Manager with a command:

C:\Windows\explorer.exe d:\[any folder you want]
