Setting for shutdown external HDD?

So I have a new SSD and I really like it. I use it as a boot drive and I also have some programs on it.
My HDD is the place where I mainly store my games on.
The "problem" is that when I am not using my HDD it will turn of automatically. The sound that it makes is a little bit annoying if this happens everytime.

Is it possible to change the time when my HDD will turn off when I am not using it?

The drive can make a sound when spinning up, but when going to sleep it shouldn't make any annoying sounds. If it does I would make a backup. Unless You mean that one-click-sound that many WD drives make.

On internal drives it is under power options as mentioned.
