Setting memory timings manually on an Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0 motherboard

I do not seem to be able to manually set my memory timings. Mabye I am out to lunch so to speak.
I have an Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0 Motherboard. I have tried to set Ai tweaker to manuel over clock and then go to Dram timings but it is no go. Can someone help.

Try enabling DOCP in the BIOS under Dram settings.

What OS?

Does this mobo have XMP?

What ram?

What CPU?

Have you read your mobo manual?
