Setting Priority Keeps Changing

Ok, so I've got a problem, and it seems to be not just with windows 10, but also the others. So, I'm playing Black Ops III, its running at 60 fps, I go to start recording and it drops to 40 or so. Then I went to set the priority of it in the task manager > details > Black ops 3 > set priority, I set it to high, and I get 60 fps while recording. And everything is fine until I alt tab to another window and then go back into the game, instead of auto setting the priority back to normal as Windows should, it goes to low, causing me to drop frames frequently. Everytime I try to change it, even just to normal priority, it goes back to low.

I've tried some software, but there isn't any software for Windows 10 like they have for Windows 7 to "save" the priority that you set. If anyone can help me out, maybe direct me to some webpage about it, that would be amazing!
Thanks!
