Setting up 3 monitors

I want to setup 3 monitors on my PC. I have 2 Geforce GTX 660's on Windows 7 and know how to connect the monitors but I would like to know how to get the 'Start' button etc. in the middle monitor with the 2 others branching off to the sides. Also, I don't want Eyfinity.

You can't to Eyefinity w/ nVidia hardware.

Use the config tool to see how to set up ya cables for 2D or 3D surround

You right click on the desktop, goto screen resolution and sort the screens by dragging them with our mouse. "1!" is the one with the taskbar.
