Setting up a 4 wire intercom system problem

Hi guys, I'm a new homeowner (well almost 2 years now). We did our own remodel of everything, floors, walls, even ceilings and I learned as I went. I set up this intercom system to replace the old broken one that was in the condo. But, I can't get anything except the door buzzer to work (it buzzes the person in by unlocking the door). After playing around with it for a few days, I gave up on it last year. Now that I have some time before the holidays I'm trying to fix up the little things that are still left around unfinished.

I'd appreciate some help. Attached are pictures of what I'm working with.

Go to your neighbor and check what is the connection there.

I promise I looked online to find the damn manual, ask my wife lol. I'll try that when I get home. And asking my neighbor, that is such a simple and logical solution!! I'll try both lol. If I can wire it with the diagram I'll do that, and see if it works, if not as last resort I'll ask my neighbor. Tyvm for your answers, I'll pick the best solution once I'm done. You guys are champs.
