Setting up a website for school use

I am developing a website for school use. My school has every student account on their own server. I was wondering if their was a way to connect all of these accounts to a separate website automatically instead of me manually typing in each student username and password(their student id). I am basically setting up a service the school pays for with an initial price and then buys slots for how many of their kids can use it. So a school can have 2000 kids but only have 200 slots paid for. So every kid can sign on with their id and username but once they save their account a slot is used up. I need help knowing a way how i can accomplish this.

You give the school admins 200 unique keys. They hand them out and the student self registers using one of the keys. You control the number of valid keys and don't care WHO they are assigned to.
