I have 2 routers from different ISP providers. I bought a third router to use it as a NAS storage. I want to access the NAS FTP Server thought any of the main routers.

How should I wire/setup them? I also have a switch in case it is needed.

ISP1 default IP: 192.168.1.1 - Cisco home router
ISP2 default IP: 192.168.0.1 - Cisco home router
NAS Storage: I can change it to whatever - TP-Link WR842N

Both ISP routers have different wireless connections. I need to access to NAS FTP from any of them.

Note: I cannot access to the settings panel of any of the 2 main routers.

Thanks.

If you an not get to the routers to configure them you have no hope. The NAT will block any incoming session. You need to port forward the FTP ports.

Your nas will need 2 ethernet connection and you will need to place one on each router. Even then you may have some issues depending on how smart the nas is.

The largest problem after you fix the port forwarding is how does the NAS know which connection to use. If my machine on the internet want access to your FTP server I can open either IP from your ISP. Now how does the NAS know how to send the traffic back to me over the correct ISP. It would have to be smart enough to send traffic based on the internal IP I used. This is also why it needs 2 ethernet ports to even have a chance. Most consumer NAS are very simplistic, even a actual server would need special configuration to run like you propose.

So you have a USB drive hooked up to the router, is that it?

This kind of connection is typically very limited. The router in question may not provide you with FTP capability. Are you sure the hosting router provides FTP function?

I forgot to add that I only need to access the FTP server locally. The third router has a FTP feature on the firmware.

I may be able to ask my two ISPs to setup the port forwarding... thanks.

The third router (where the USB device is plugged) has a build-in feature for FTP. I already tested and it works.
