If you want a clean build of the OS without anything extra the vendor may have put in, when you get it do a clean setup of Windows on your own and install the drivers from the vendor support site. That may cause some issues with getting full functionality from the options though since you may miss some software that they use, say for controlling lights or fan speeds, etc... Also if there are dual drives or any sort of special setup for the drives doing a clean OS build yourself may be an issue if you don't have much experience with systems that may have complex setups.
