Question settings and search not load windows 10

Hey guys
I installed Windows 10 and activated it
Windows services, such as search and setting, get stuck in loading mode
I installed Windows several times, but the problem is not solved

did you use the same user account/password each time?
Otherwise I can't see how a Windows problem can survive a reinstall. its not a common one to have.

if you used same account its possible the user profile saved online has broken information.

that doesn't fix it now but it might next time. Since settings won't load I can't really offer the simple solution... which would be make another user. You might need to remove settings from cloud and do a reset on the PC (slightly faster than clean install).

I deleted my Microsoft account.
I installed the new Windows but the problem was not solved
