Hello. I would just like to know what are the best-optimized settings for 60+ fps in GTA

GPU: 1070 ti
CPU: i7 4790
My resolution is 2560x1440

A combination of V.High & Ultra should see you comfortably >60FPS at 1440p.

It's a YT video, so obviously, take everything with a pitch of salt.... but that's running a very similar setup to yours.

But "best optimized" depends what you're optimizing for, FPS or graphical detail.
