My PC specifications are as follows :-

1. Intel i3-530 2.93Ghz Processor
2. RAM - 4GB
3. x64 bit Windows 8.1
4. GPU- R7 250 2GB DDR3
5. HDD- 500 GB

Thus, I would like to ask whether my PC will be able to play games at High settings at 50-60 fps or not ?

Yeah high settings should get you around 40+FPS in most games.
