Assuming you've already updated to the latest BIOS version appropriate for your processor:

For enhanced security: enable UEFI mode operation (or disable CSM mode) and enable Windows Secure Boot.

Enable XMP (it may be called DOCP on Asus) for memory.

Anything else depends on what you're trying to do and system configuration.
