[SOLVED] "Setup cannot continue due to a corrupted installation file."

Last year, i bought a used Dell Inspiron 3558. About 7 months later, I was going to start a zoom meeting for school when all of the sudden i get a BSOD (I do not remember the error code). I have tried everything to try and fix this error but nothing has worked about 100 google pages later. I wiped the HDD, I tried reinstalling windows, i tried to put a new hdd in the laptop but it wasnt in a GPT partition, and when i try to run chkdsk it shows the installation usb stick only. I tried to use wintousb to try to see if i can even run windows on the laptop but got stuck in a loading loop.

Create new Windows installation media and try again.

Use another known working USB stick.
