setup.exe high cpu usage gets me annoyed and suspended my malwarebytes

hi i have a problem.sometimes setup.exe use 50% of my cpu.after i restart my pc its gone,but suddenly when i turned off my pc and turned on again it pop up again.my malwarebytes got suspended by it.plz help me

Easiest method and with best posibility of success is to wipe Windows and install Windows over again. Just remember to make backups of personal files.
