Setup will continue after restarting your computer does not restart

Hello, i am reformating my c: drive and i am at the stage where it says "setup will continue after restarting your computer". It has been like that for well over an hour. What do i do?

Hi,
Hard reset your computer and hope it's only a service that hung.
You might have to restart again. but most time it would be fine.

Thank you dude. It worked. I just pressed the button on my cpu that hard resets it and now i'm installing my drivers. Cheers!
