Several Issues with Computer - Possibly primarily the Mobo?

Hi,

I have several issues.

First, before I messed with my custom built PC, it could only run games on minimal settings when it should have been able to run them on at least normal or higher graphics. When I first built the PC back in 2014, it was able to run fine. I don't know what happened. I moved a lot, but I took extra care not to bump the PC around during transitions.

Second, within the past 6 months, my display would freeze and I would have to restart my computer.

After the second time my display froze, I took apart my build to clean parts and make sure everything was in place correctly. I read that it may have been a failing power supply that could no longer supply the graphics card with enough power to keep high graphics and a display running.

Once I had all the parts together, I plugged in my monitor... But it said no source signal found. I know it's not an issue with the monitor (or its cords) because it works perfectly fine with other computers.

At some point I hit the CLR CMOS button on my motherboard. I can't remember if this was before or after I got the "No Source Signal" error on my monitor. That is still on.

I got a new power supply thinking that would solve all my issues. I was wrong. I installed it and still have no input signal.

I recently tried another graphics card (an old GT 430 DDR3 1GB, something along those lines) and I still had no input signal.

Each time I have tried plugging in my monitor, I have tried it in the mobo and in the GPU directly.

I tried to get the CLR CMOS to go away by taking out the mobo battery (that looks like a watch battery) and leaving it out for about 45 minutes. When I put it back in, CLR CMOS was still on.

I have tried reseating my ram in different spots with both my original graphics card and the spare gpu and that didn't help.

I'm very confused and frustrated. Is CLR CMOS being on preventing my display for showing? Do I need a new mobo? Is there something wrong with my RAM? Am I missing vital cords that I somehow overlooked? Is something wrong with my SSD cards?

Thank you for replying!
Does this mean I need to get different RAM? With the exception of the new PSU, all the parts are the same from when I built it in 2014. Was it slowly deteriorating over time? It worked perfectly fine for about the first year after I built it.

Even though my old HDMI cord works fine with other computers and monitors, my desktop in question just needed a new HMDI cord. I don't really understand why, but that solved my display issue. Also, I am able to play games on their highest graphics settings again, so I think the issue was just the power supply. I can't guarantee that was the exact solution, but it seems to make sense since that was the only internal change I made.
