Question Several lights are annoying me

Hi everyone, im starting to get annoyed while trying to sleep cause there are now 2 lights related to the pc that are annoying me. Any help for any of them would be really appreciated.
First my rgb mousepad has usb connection directly to a usb port on my pc, the problem is when i turn off my computer, it keeps on shining (titanwolf mousepad).
The other one is my screen, when the pc is off, like once per five minutes it shows a white screen that states "no signal", and it can be pretty anoying as it shows many times a night.
Any help would be really appreciated thank you all

xg2075 and my graphic card is a radeon 5500 XT, i'll try the BIOS thing now it should work yeah ty

Some manufacturers call that (USB on) feature by various names. Look in your motherboard literature and make sure they have a listing for it.

Not for nothing, set the TV for a sleep mode, if it has it and use that. For the mouse, throw a ball cap (etc.) over it when you are finished using for the night.

monitor shouldn't show the no signal message if its plugged in to a PC?

One option: The cable going from your computer to your monitor is loose. Power off the monitor, re-attach the cable at both end, power on your monitor. (This step is N/A if you have a laptop or an AIO.)
could also need a new cable.

can use a menu in Display to set source but it should see the cable if its plugged in.

You can also get it if you try to run a display size the GPU can't handle. I have seen it trying to run a 4k monitor on a GTX 960. That isn't the case here though.
