my new build is gonna look like this:
I5 4440
MSI H81M P33
2x4GB DDR3 1600MHz
Antec VP600P
R9 280 3GB Club 3D OR GTX960
CM Storm Trooper bought very cheap

So my questions are

i5 4440:
Is tihs a good Cpu for gaming on high settings ? Future proof ?

MSI H81M P33:
is this a trusted motherboard. is it wise to pick this motherboard? i wont be upgrading to an i7 or going Dual cards.

Antec VP600P
Is antec a good brand ? is this PSU a good series ? and will this be enough and safe to use for my system ?

R9 280 3GB Club 3D or GTX960?
The R9 280 is pretty cheap. sadly i cant afford it to buy a R9 290 since this is already 50% more than the r9 280 Cost. The R9 280 has a nice 3GB of Vram
The GTX960 has 2gb of Vram lower pixel rates and a lower Bitinterface and cost the same as the R9 280

the two cards are fairly similar in performance, the r9 having more ram and being faster in some games. Most people advise that the r9 280 is the better buy lower cost and some improvements.

the cpu is good(always better options but a good cpu overall), the power supply is good, the motherboard is cheap but acceptable if you don't plan on upgrading, and you obviously can't overclock.

it is a huge improvement over your current. and is honestly really good for $560, whether it will be enough for three years probably not, but you may be able to sell your 280 and toss another 100ish in and upgrade your video card in 1 and 1/2- 2 years. Then you will see this system lasting 3-4 years. in my opinion anyways, future proofing is expensive especially on a tight budget but this isn't bad.

BTW the i5 4460 is a few cheaper and a better processor.
Also any reason you aren't reusing your old ram and just buying another 4gb's of same might save a bit of money that way.
Also there were some cheaper power supplies from good reliable brands, (you also only really need 500W)
if you adjust things you might be able to spring for a 280X

i am already using the old systems ram and HDD

Sadly the Dollar price rate went up so the store www.azerty.nl is pretty expensive right now

oh the 4460 is a little cheaper yes. but sadly my msi h81m will need a bios update whice cost 10 euro to do. i can do it myself but i dont have any 1150 cpu to update it my self

i can do my best to get an R9 290 from Asus is that alot better ?
will the vp 600p stil be enough ?

no its not a bottleneck, 600W is well more than enough that is an antec power supply it will do great, the motherboard is ok, nothing special, but your not overclocking etc, so it should be sufficient. I would definitely go with the 290 it should give you great performance.
