Question Severe FPS drops in games ?

We have two Dell Inspiron 3280 AIOs and both are used for gaming and schoolwork. Games have been running fine for a year and suddenly just a few days ago severe FPS drops occurs
everytime a game is launched. It runs fine but until the loading screen ended, a constant of 1 FPS is observed without any signs of increasing even if i go back to the title screen.

I have tried multiple ways to fix this problem:

• Rebooting
• Updating Drivers
• Factory Reset
• Reinstalling the games
• Scanning for Malware
• Setting graphics to lowest

I also made sure that every game is completely compatible with the hardware. What doesn't make sense is that the same problem affected BOTH of the PCs
What can I do in order to fix this problem?

Are you using HDD only? If you do, try to defrag it, both drive C: and D:

Also upgrade you ram if it's only 4 gigs.

Only Drive C: is on the list, so I just ran an Analyze on it and only 1% is fragmented
Imma still try to defrag it though, hope it works

My RAM is 8GB for both PCs

nope, just an intel UHD 620

well thats normal since your igpu arn't that strong enough compared to ryzen APU with dual channel ram on higher speed ram,

Somewhere 38-45 Celcius, pretty normal. I get 1 FPS even when the PC is not under stress.

Despite the iGPU I was able to run the games fine for a year now, I dont understand how this just suddenly happened
