Question Severe micro-stuttering

I suffer from incredibly severe micro-stuttering in almost every single game that puts an ounce of pressure on my GPU - in CoD: MW, on most maps, there's many locations that tank my GPU to incredible levels of latency - beyond 99ms, which is the highest the counter will go - and I end up with less than a single frame per second. It's nothing to do with my settings, as it happens on the lowest settings I can get, all the way to the highest. It's irritating and can seriously affect my performance in any competitive scenarios. It happens a lot in exploration games when it's loading new areas, so might be a storage speed issue? I've tried everything that I can find online regarding the issue, but no luck yet.

Take Monitor 2 and plug it to your motherboard.
