Is this a sign of a severely damaged/corrupted card or a card that's faking it's size? Writing was done up to 63972MB instead of 63996MB, however veryfing only 15.2GB

Looks like a fake card. 15.2GB of 16GB is a typical usable amount.

How much did you pay for this card?
I don't remember exactly. It was about 20$ on Amazon about 3 years ago. Used it for about a year till it started making problems, then, as it kept making problems, I replaced it with a new one and kept this one aside. Just now realized there are fakes out there and checked this card. Is there a tool to limit its capacity and use it as 15GB card?

Given that a 5-pack of 32GB drives is only $24, and that even the "16GB" on that thing is not to be trusted....I'd just toss it.
