SFC error in win 7

I got an error message when I ran SFC. How do I fix it. Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

i just had this problem. only thing i could figure out was reinstalling windows from scratch. tried all the forums and where ever google brought me. nothing worked. won't skip on my image backups again...
