Sfc scannow detect's error's and can't fix them!

I just bought a new hard drive for my computer, i installed a new windows 7 ultimate 64bit, i didnt know my problem with corrupted files until i tried to install graphics card drives. When i install them at the middle installation gets stuck and computer shows blue screen of death, after it computer just restarts and the drivers have not installed! Then i read in web, that it can be a windows problem and i runned the sfc /scannow and it showed "windows has found problems but didn't fix them". Please tell my what to do, does it matter if i reinstall windows, because i read that it is if i had slow or old windows installation!? What i have to do?!
