SFC/ scannow keep found corrupt file and fixing them

why this ? allways found corrupt file and fixing them. how to remove this problem ? 3 times scan and same , some one can give me suggestion plz ?

Did you restart after running it?

try this
right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, DISM cleans image files, re run SFC again if it failed to fix all files and restart PC
