Given running SFC & DISM to fix windows 10 is one of its better features compared to win 7, it would be a little silly of MS to design SFC in a way it damaged the most likely storage medium of Win 10 boot drives for foreseeable future.
While you are right that you running defrag on an ssd is not needed, win 10 does run it on 1 part of the ssd every month just to make sure the records of system restore are tidied up.
