sfc scannow unable to repair problems/errors

Hello , so i am have been having problem with sfc /scannow , i have just tried it, i have reinstalled windows not long ago by the way.. So after i tried that command it gave me something like , it found few corrupt files and is unable to fix them , you can find log at cbs log something like that.. How can i fix this?

Do you actually have issue? or just ran sfc scannow just because?

I have issue with steam, more specific - CS GO, i got disconnected because VAC:
1. Option - to verify game files - done it , after few games issue came back
2. Option - to reset steam services , well now i am trying it aswell
3. Option - scannow for corrupt system files - well it failed
4. Option - software interference - dont have any which are on the list
Well so i have done everything now , and scannow failed , so my toughts are that it can be problem, or it might be problem if system is unstable in future?
Cant test CS GO now , becouse i got cooldown for disconnect, so just worried about fail in scannow

sfc only fix system file. but it sound like you have issue with other software. Did you run any HDD health test?

I used avg pc tuneup disk doctor it did not found any issues, and i ran defragmentation few days ago , it did fine, any other things?
