Question SFF build w/ custom liquid loop (soft tubing) and a future gcard

My budget is 5k or less for the entire build with room for a top tier next gen graphics card. I am from the USA and am 25 minutes from the Tustin Microcenter. I am planning on building my first custom liquid loop in a small form factor case (itx) and am starting the research on potential cases. I was wondering what my options would be for the case? I was also wondering what my pump, fittings, reservoir, tubing, et cetera options would be? Is the PSU i picked below decent? For the future graphics card, how long does it take for aftermarket blocks to come out? I want to move away from my seemingly large Coolermaster H500M case to a much smaller footprint. My current build in my signature is still quite capable, but I am looking forward to the 240hz+ OLED 1440p panels or the 240hz+ OLED 4k panels of the future. I will be repurposing my current build and as such, will take no parts from it. I play a lot of graphically demanding games and would love to get the most out of them. I am a function over form type of person as far as ARGB goes. I can do without it, but if some parts have it, its fine. I would like my next platform to be on Intel, just for the reason that I like to alternate between Intel and AMD, they are also quite comparable in price to performance right now. If new CPUs come out between now and the new graphics card releases, I am sure that they will fit in the budget and can be swapped with the parts in the suggestion. Here is a template you can use for suggestions.

You can look through the watercooling sticky, linked here, should help you understand what sort of radiators you will need for your build. I would advise against building a custom loop in an SFF chassis since newcomers to the watercooling hobby might find this daunting. As it stands the immense number of options for assembling your loop is enough for anyone new to have their heads spinning.

You could look into the Meshlicious chassis by SSUPD but I wouldn't go lower than 360mm of radiator surface area, paired with high static pressure fans. If you get thicker rads with low fin density, you can have your fan's RPM's reduced. Noctua's would be ideal if you want silence without sacrificing performance.

This post isn't the end all be all, there are multiple routes in achieving your goal...

I have done some work on custom loop PC's before, so I am not a complete novice. The overwhelming options are what has me asking questions. I feel like if I can narrow down what case I like it makes a lot of other choices fall more in line. I will check out that case you mentioned. Are there any other cases that come to mind? I know the NR200 is popular to some degree for itx, but does that include it for the purposes of custom loops?

^ custom loops in SFF - optimum tech comes to mind. I guess you also had the same thought with the NR200 builds.

The one thing i can say is that EK has lost my respect for the go to custom loop brand looking at the price they charge.

Alphacool has stepped up the game a lot and their products are much more competitive.

itx cooling is difficult. but if you are interested in mATX cases, some exciting choices:

Jonsbo D300 - https://www.newegg.com/p/2AM-006A-000E7

For pump res combos in SFF, the phanteks Glacier R160 and the bitspower CR120 comes to mind.

the EK volicity block with built in pump for 260 USD is not worth it!
