I'm looking at doing a Ryzen mini itx build and was wondering if there are any SFF cases that meet my requirements?

1. <$100.
2. Fit either a full length (312mm) or mini gtx 1080 (211mm though I'm sure 210mm cases will fit). I have both cards and can sell whichever doesn't fit.
3. Fit 240mm AIO.
4. Fit 150mm PSU.
5. Fit up to four 2.5mm drives.

Mid towers need not apply as I'm looking to going SFF.

Solution
The nzxt H200i is 13.74" x 8.27" x 14.65"
It weighs 13.23 pounds.
It will hold a nice air cooler, no aio is necessary.

If you already have a ryzen 7 1700, you should already have an adequate cooler.

For a portable itx case, look at the lian li PC-200U.
It is 11.42" x 8.7" x 13.35" and weighs only 7 pounds because it is made of aluminum.
I do not think they are made any more so you may need to shop to find one.
Here is one:

It is essentially a lian li Q08 case with a handle.

You want a large rad in a sff case. You'll be looking at cases that basically are between sff cases and mid towers. If you are ok with that I can list some but your requirements simply don't have a case.

Why a SFF case?
Do you have a maximum size or weight that you need?

Is this for gaming, batch apps, or both?

Why 4 2.5mm drives?
Do you need more capacity than a large single drive can provide?

Can a m.2 drive do the job?

You have a $100 budget for the case, what is your budget for the rest of the pc?

Do you have a 240mm AIO already?
Is the requirement for AIO looks, cooling, or what?

What ryzen do you have in mind?
Are you looking exclusively at ryzen and not Intel?

What is your build time frame.

I currently have a mid tower system and I'm considering switching to a smaller build for portability. I'd like to reuse the components wherever possible. If there are no 240mm SFF cases, I'll also consider going with a 120mm AIO (AIO instead of air cooler for the space savings unless there are adequate air coolers out there).

When you mention in between cases, are you referring to the likes of ITX towers, the kind you'd find in pre-built Dell, HP, etc?

With inbetween I meant something like the NZXT H200I.

I have a build using the Q08. The main restriction is 80mm available for a cooler.
If you look at reviews or builds, you can mount a 120mm radiator in the top.
I have no problems with an overclocked I5-6600K using a scythe big shuriken rev b cooler
