[SOLVED] SFF Portable Gaming and Editing

I am looking at building an SFF PC and get a portable monitor so when going to work (which I do editing once a week and other days do e-mails, and use Microsoft 365) or a friend's house for a LAN Party I can take something lighter than my current desktop PC. My budget is about £1500, might be able to go a little higher. The games I will most likely play at LAN Parties are Halo MCC and League of Legends.

My desktop PC specs are; Intel i9 9900k, ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero motherboard, Corsair H100x Hydro Series CPU Cooler, RTX 2080Ti, Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4 3200 32gb (2x16gb), Corsair 750w RMx PSU, 250gb Intel M.2 NvMe, 1TB Samsung 870 evo, and 4TB Seagate Barracuda HDD.

I would spend more on the CPU and less on the memory, 16Gb is more than enough for what you need.
