So here's the thing. I live in a flat with FTTH fiber optic connection. I have a dual fiber optic cable that plugs into my current modem/router via an SFP module into a SFP compatible in port. This modem/router though was provided by my ISP, and I have issues with it as the interface is terrible and does not allow me to port forward or DMZ any device, which is a problem because I want to host servers for games on my network for me and my friends to play on. So I was looking into a replacement for my modem/router, but I can't seem to find one that has a port that works with the SFP transreceiver. Does anyone know a good product that has a good interface and supports SFP? Thanks.

You should ask your ISP if there is a media converter that is compatible with their service. A media converter will take optical in and provide RJ45 out. If there are compatible media converters then you could use any standard gigabit capable router.
