[SOLVED] sfp+ NIC card on a MSI X570-A PRO motherboard

Hi,

I would like to know what spf+ NIC I could use on a MSI X570-A PRO motherboard!?

Specs or the motherboard say:

PCI-E X16 x2
PCI-E X1 x3


can't find any NIC for those specs. Anyone have any sugestion?

Since you say SFP+, you are talking about a 10GE adapter. I always recommend Intel 10GE.
You won't get 10GE performance from an X1 slot with PCIe gen 3. You could get about 7Gb. None of the x1 slots are open ended. You will have to use the second x16 slot. According to the documentation although it is physically an x16 slot it is only an x4 interface. That should be enough for a single 10GE port.
