Shadow image from laser printer

Getting a "shadow image" on print jobs intermittently. Printer is printing a scond image about 1/4" lower thoughout the whole page. I've changed toner cartridge, using new not recycled, and checked the fuser, it's clean.

Have you cleaned the corona wire -- usually a felt thing or brush either in the printer or sometimes supplied with the refill.
