Shadow of mordor low fps,lag,sound struggle...

So i play the game since a 5 days and i had no problems 1440x900 ultra-high with avg 80 fps max 100 min 62 but today the game started to freeze and dip to 40 fps every 5 sec which is annoying plus the sound stutters,any ideas?

A game update? Steam download them automatically when you hit the play button.

Actually nvidia driver showed,but its for other things.
