Shadow Play weird audio

Whenever I Shadow Play anything on any game, the game's audio and everyone that I am talking to sound weird, distant and muffled, but my voice sounds fine. I am not sure why this is and have tried many different things to fix it.

My Audio Bit-rate is on the highest it can be, and I turned off all audio enhancements, but it did not work.

My Specs:

CPU: i5 4690k @ 3.5ghz
GPU: GTX 1080
MOBO: z97-A
Hard Drive: 460GB SSD
Ram: 12GB DDR3 @ 2133
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Headset / Mic used to record: HyperX Cloud 2
Editing Software: Premier Pro CC 2017 (I have tried using others, does not fix issue)

Below I have linked some example videos of the audio. My voice is clear, while everyone and everything else sounds more muffled and distant.

If someone could figure this out I would really appreciate it, thanks.

Have you tried Dxtory with lagarith lossless codec? work wonders for me! plus put your audio bit rate at the rate it should be. if your forcing it higher it will sound bad. like when you make a picture larger, it gets pixeleted. I haven't used shadow play much so I can't help you a lot with that.

its not really recommended to use the usb dongle i have the hyper x cloud 2s my self. and can i just say the head set is way better on any motherboard sound driver than that shitty usb dongle! if you dont have a 4 pole audio splitter.

trust me. that also might be the issue with the audio being all tinny and washed out. i also had some audio issues but once i got rid of that dongle it was way better!

Alright I will give it a try, thanks. Hopefully this is not the case though, because taking off the dongle takes away like 80% of the cord length, and my setup is very spread apart.
