I recently updated to windows 10 and the previous day using 7, shadowplay worked flawlessly. I've noticed nvidia capture server does not show up in the volume mixer anymore. I've updated everything and reinstalled drivers. Video still records just fine but upon playback there is no mic or game audio with/without desktop capture enabled. I'm using gtx660, and an AMD fx 8350

Solution
Hi,

Please do try doing the clean method of installing the latest graphics driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the NVIDIA graphics driver.
- Check Programs and Features as well and uninstall anything related to NVIDIA.
- Next is to download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot make sure to set NVIDIA as the default graphics card.

Solution
Can you please pass on your full systems specs? Are your BIOS and device drivers up to date? Are you passing the audio using a Realtek based audio solution? If you've noticed this issue after updating to the latest graphics card drivers then revert to the previous version and see if the issue is persistent. If your unit does indeed have a Realtek audio solution then try installing via compatibility mode.
Right click installer>Properties>Compatibility tab>Windows 7/8 [from drop down menu]

Maybe do a reinstall of shadowplay? If you're not going to swap out your hardware anytime soon then you can try a reinstall of Windows 10.

This did it! I only wish it was easier to find the solution. Uninstalling the drivers was something I didnt try yet. Regardless, I uninstalled Nvideo and Nvidia Geforce Experience as wall as in device manager and the fresh install from the website fixed it.
Thank you
