I have been using shadowplay for a while now, but i cant fix an issue i have been having recently.

When i go to record a video, it saves the video without any audio (mic or game / system sounds). I have tried reinstalling the drivers as well as ending tasks.
I remember having the "Nvidia Share" tab in my mixer, however that is not there anymore.

I also tried following a method found on a forum, which included deleting the .jsod files and reinstalling the nvidia geforce experience.

Once i went through with this process, my microphone worked for about 10 minutes i could hear the audio on recordings, however i could not hear the other audio from applications such as teamspeak. After the 10 minutes the microphone would not longer record.

I am stuck at this point as what to do in order to fix this issue, hopefully someone can help as i really have no clue. Thanks!

Download latest Nv driver and DDU cleaner from guru3d etc.
Uninstall everything Nv relatedthru software panel.
Reboot into safe mode and run DDU, change its settings to remove everything related to Nv incl removing the folders.
Select clean and shutdown.
Turn pc back on and run nv install, select custom install, uncheck the 3D boxes and run it.
Reboot and setup gfe/shadowplay...

If its still not working, its either hardware (mic/wires) or audio related software/driver..

I will look into this, sounds like a decent solution. Is DDU 100% safe to download?

Yeah, i used DDU. At first i thought it would work, i read the driver logs it had found. There were still old GPU Drivers from another Nvidia GFX card it found. I did a complete cleanout and still nothing after i reinstalled everything. No audio, i honestly have no idea at this point. A lot of people say its Geforce Experience itself, although i know a lot of people that still use shadowplay with little to no issues.

Yeah i tried all of that, did not work. I have to use OBS to record now, still no clue why Shadowplay just stopped working.

So i have just had this problem, and i may have found a solution for you.
>right click on the speaker icon in bottom right corner of screen
>click on open sound settings
>click on App volume and device preferences
>make sure that your system sounds is not at 0

For some reason mine was set at 0, but i could hear all the sounds normally, but nvidia only record system sounds, it was not recording any sounds

Should not have to be changed, only if HD-Audio/HDMI driver is installed as well and tends to change output to monitor etc..
I have system vol at zero, and SP record all sounds no matter if game/voice (mic) or even the music i play in background with certain games.
