Shadowplay wont record or use instant replay

I have a gtx 970, and i cant record [strike]nothing[/strike] anything, when i open on alt z and try to click manually i see this http://

"see how the save and upload" is grayed out.

same with record, i press start and the record icon keeps its gray color and the start button stays keeps being at start and not changing to stop

Open geforce experience,choose settings-share settings-privacy control and enable turn on capture for instant replay,record,broadcast and screenshot.

also make sure the relevant nvidia services are running in taskmanager.

Found the problem it was MSI afterburner's addon that messed something up, i guess they just cant work together
