Shall i be scared?

Today i decided do download hwmonitor and i saw something that made me a bit scared. My cpu was idling at 75 C, so i got prime95 to stress it a lil bit so i can see the max temp. It jumped to 100 C as soon as I clicked start. My cpu Amd Athlon x4 750K(stock cooler.). Should i be worried?
BTW: I am using the computer for 3 years and I think that it stayed at 75 C when i first started it.

No. You're getting a nonsense temperature reading. The only program that can read temps on FM2 CPUs is AMD Overdrive.

Overdrive reports thermal margin, not temperature. Larger numbers are better. Anything above zero is fine.

Everything's fine it's just reading the temp of your cpu wrong for some reason . Trust me if your cpu was at 75 degrees your cpu fan would be going full blast 24/7

CPU speed drops when temperature rises. Take radiator/fan off take old thermal compound paste off(plenty videos on youtube) and put fresh paste.
Temperatures might be ok in IDLE(no program running) but really bad in stress.
