Hello guys.I have an i5 6400 CPU but I don't have a dedicated GPU.I'm thinking about selling my CPU and with the money I would buy an intel G4560 and as GPU I'll buy nvidia 1050 TI.What do you think about this move? I want to say that i'm 16 yeas old and my parents won't buy me a dedicated gpu.I need your opinion. Thanks in advance

It was an example.I know I won't sell it for that amount of money. But I'm concerned of
whether it is worth or not

If you do manage to sell the CPU, you'll be downgrading your CPU in order to get the graphics card, making your system less "future proof." You'll then likely need to upgrade the CPU in a few years time.

I know it's tough to get funds together as a teenager, I also built my first PC at 16, but if you can find work and save up the cost of the 1050/1050ti, that would be much more preferable to downgrading the CPU - a system with that i5 and a 1050 or 1050ti would actually be pretty decent...

I also thought about this. But in 2 years I'll go to college and I won't have time for games. That's why I want to make this summer "special".I found this as a short term solution
