Hello! I am a Windows 7 user so far since 2009 but I am thinking to get upgrade to Windows 10. But I wanted to know that what will be its gaming performance as compared to windows 7? I have some of the games bought from Origin like, BF3, BF4, NFS MW etc... Many people told that BF3 doesn't work on Windows 10 but I wanted to know that if there is any possible way to play older games like FC3, COD BO2 etc. And also some of them told that Windows 10 is very slow but I really have no idea about this because I have never used Windows 10 so far. So please tell me shall I upgrade or not
My Specs :
CPU : AMD FX6300 3.50GHz
RAM : 8GB DDR3 1600- MHz
GPU : ASUS R7 250 1GB GDDR5
HDD : 1GB HDD SATA III

Solution
Your system is 100% Win 10 ready, so no reason not to. It's no slower than Win 7. If a game worked on Win 8 (like BF3), 99.9% chance it works in 10 too

In my opinion as far as performance goes there is no difference you can/will realistically notice. I first switched my desktop to windows 10 and noticed no gaming increase of frames or smoothness. But in terms of how things look and feel outside of games seem to be better and if you are worried about it being hard to use its virtually the same to use.

10 is diffrent its much smoother than 7 ever was no bugs 10 is a mix of the good of 8.1 & 7 i have noticed hardware preformance in 10 where 7 & 8 lacked it its a massive step up but fantastic to used i recomend 10 hands down

W10 is getting better with every tweak they do and is as good as W7, do it now and get the free upgrade. If you don't like it, you can go back to W7.

I would do a clean reinstall after registering the upgrade, a W7 to W10 upgrade always effects peformance a little, I bet this is why a lot of people say it is slower.
