Share LAN Internet connection on mobile using 3G wireless device

I am having Broadband connection connected to my pc. I am having smartphone with wifi capaility. I am having belking wireless router and also 3G wireless stick. I want to use Broadband connection connected on LAN to my mobile using any of wireless device. Is there any way ?

Your Belkin router will do all that, but may not support 3G, which is not needed as smartphones should be using wireless when at home rather than 3G.

My PC is connected to Brodband thru LAN port. I plugged in belkin USB wireless device into USB port. Now I want to use internet on mobile thru wifi. How should I configure this.
