Realtive network newbie here... with a question

I have 5 computers in the house, garages, and shop all connected in
intrafracture mode to a single wireless access point.. no problem
with using any of them....

But one of my old computers (in the one garage) contains an OLD DOS
based program that keeps track of my cars..maintaince, fuel, repairs,
needs etc... I would like to access that program from the house if
possible....using my main desktop computer....

How do I do this... ?

Sorry if this question has been asked...AND ANSWERED a zillion
times...

This is no different with a wireless network than with a wired network. You
need to install the application on your main desktop computer. Then to
share the data, you must create a network share on the folder containing the
data. If it's not already done, you'll need to enable File and Printer
Sharing before creating the network share.
