Hello. I have this problem when I shut down desktop PC with Windows 10 and start using laptop with Windows 10:

Both computers are connected to same Microsoft Account. Fixing issue lets computer connect to account and this error message disappears.

Why do I experience this error?

I was getting that for a while last year, its cause you use same account on both PC. Its meant to help.

I didn't do anything to fix it on my pc, it just stopped happening.

Microsoft has introduced a new Shared Experiences feature (formerly referred as Project Rome and Cross-Device Experiences) in Windows 10 Creators Update. Shared Experiences allows you to share experiences, send messages, web links, and open apps across other devices including other Windows 10 PCs, Windows 10 Mobile phones, and Android devices.

If you don't use the feature, you can disable it. If you follow the registry method above, back it up first - https://neosmart.net/wiki/backup-restore-registry/
