Question Sharepoint - Creating Custom Home Page Layout

Hi everyone,

I'm new the forum, I am building out my first sharepoint home page and I am trying to replicate something like the link below.

I know that this is a custom page layout, but I am not to sure how to replicate it? can anyone point me in the right direction?

FYI - I will not need as many columns as I would only need 4 total columns.

I did try to just add a table, but could not figure out how to get the same setup.

any help is greatly appreciated.

That was done with a 3rd party jquery plugin.
I do not know which one specifically.

But look at incorporating Datatables.
