The lab at my university has four systems, all running on Windows 10 (1809) and is connected to the internet via a D-Link DIR 816 router that has DHCP enabled. One of the four systems are connected to it over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, the rest is connected using ethernet cables.
Now, how do I share the partition D of each system with every other system using LAN? I want the partitions to be accessible over the network without needing any username or password.
From control panel, I have turned off password protected sharing.

Moreover, I have also shared drive D with everyone. I can access the public documents, but not the shared drive.

However, I still cannot access the drive from the network. I can see the remote PC over the network, I open the remote PC, I see the drive shared. When I try to open it, it shows that I do not have the permissions.
