Sharing advice on fixing forward head tilt

Just wanted to share a video of exercises to fix a forward head tilt that I a lot of us desktop-bound nerds are struggling with. I have been battling bad posture for ages as I have been sitting at my desk for hours everyday since I found the world of gaming back in the early 00's. These exercises has improved my posture in a few weeks so thought I would share it if anyone else wanted to try it out.

This is not advertising and no, I am definitely not personal trainer material 🤣 but it works for me!
