Sharing Internet Conection With Other Pc

So I Have Main Desktop With Wi-Fi and I want To connect my Laptop To Ma Desktop With Ethernet Cable
I To Access InterNet, Well I Made My wireless Connection To Be Shared And Connected Laptop With Ethernet Cable But It keeps Showing me Unidentified NetWork I Even Tried ipconfig release And Renew But It wont Work and I still cant connect my laptop with pc to access internet.
Please Help me

Usually connecting two PC's directly together without a router or switch needs a crossover ethernet cable, which has 2 (or 4) pins switched. Without this cable, two pc's can't talk together.

if you own the cable modem or pay for your isp. use a wifi router the n ones are now about 40.00 or so or less on ebay,

My NIC have the capability of Auto-mdix (Gigabit Ethernet and all on both device) since I can share files and all other thing its just the internet connection wont be shared I tried to bridge the two separate network but funny thing every time I click the make bridge connection one of the network adapter gets disabled that is really weird
