Have created a dual boot laptop with original vista and Win 10 OS’s, when using Win 10 I cannot see all of the programmes on the original C partition but I can see some and can open some but not all.Is there any way I can share them rather than installing twice.

Solution
This depends on a particular software.
Usually what installation does, is write specific entries in registry and also install/update shared components and dll-s.

If your software can't work without those registry entries and shared components, then NO. It can't be used without installation.
