[SOLVED] Sharing Webcam to streaming pc?

Wierd question, i just set up my 2 pc streaming setup, gaming pc is has a rtx2080 with i9 9900k, second is a i7-4790k with an 1060 6gb. the question is this, with my rtx i can use nvidia broadcast, to blur or remove my background on my webcam, on my 1060 i cant, is there any way to to send this over to my streaming pc while having it connected to my Gaming pc? or is there any other decent software that does the same for non rtx card? thx

Found a solution, having the webcam and everything on my Gaming pc, then Preview it onto elgato/monitor 3 with Obs, and then it will pop up on my Streamlabs obs on the streaming pc. then go live from there.
